About Michele
As part of the sandwich generation, I know what it feels like to carry everything - the responsibility, the ambition, the pressure to keep going even when you're tired. I was once a single mom, working 9-5, trying to make ends meet while quietly dreaming of something bigger. Like so many women, I learned how to survive, how to hold it all together - but I also knew I wanted more than just getting by. I wanted to build with intention. With purpose. With Peace.
I've always been inspired by women who chose vision over survival - women who turned dreams into reality with confidence, alignment, and self-trust. Watching them showed me that ambition doesn't have to mean burnout.
The turning point came at a workshop where I met a Project Management Consultant who showed me what was possible - a life built on purpose, service, and helping others bring structure to their visions. In that moment, I didn't just see a career path - I saw a bigger life and deeper calling.
My path into project management wasn't about climbing ladders - it was about learning how clarity creates freedom. From admin work to becoming a certified Project Management Professional, I built a foundation in structure, organization, and execution. In life beyond work, I kept seeing women entrepreneurs carrying too much - overwhelmed, exhausted, trying to hold everything together alone. Not from lack of talent, but from lack of support.
That's why The Project Reset exists.
I believe organization should feel like relief. Structure should feel like support. And systems should give you your energy back - not take it. My work is about bringing calm to chaos, creating clarity where there's overwhelm, and helping you build systems that feel sustainable, grounded and aligned with your life and business.
My goal is simple: help women move from overwhelmed to anchored, from scattered to clear - building with confidence, ease and trust in themselves.
If you're ready for a softer way to build, one rooted in clarity and calm, I'd like to walk along side you.
When it feels right, we can begin.
