I know what it’s like to juggle it all—I was once a single mom, working 9-5, trying to make ends meet while dreaming of something bigger. I’ve always drawn inspiration from other Black women who hustle to turn their dreams into reality. They pushed me to believe that I could do the same.
 

My turning point came at a workshop, where I met a Project Management Consultant who radiated purpose, power, and polish (and her shoes were also FIRE🔥). That moment sparked something in me. I knew I wanted to help women bring their visions to life with the same level of intention and clarity.

 

From working as an Admin Assistant to earning my Project Management certification and leading major projects for 13+ years, I’ve seen first-hand how structure and strategy create a clear path to success. Too often, I watched brilliant women step into entrepreneurship, only to have their momentum slowed by the weight of administrative chaos—pulling their focus away from the heart of their businesses. With the right processes in place, their energy can be focused where it matters most: building, growing, and thriving.
 

That’s why I do what I do. I want to help you bring calm to chaos, get organized, and build a business that thrives. I’m thoughtful, down-to-earth, and deeply empathetic because I understand the unique challenges we face. My goal?
