Hi, I'm Michele
My Story
I'm a Senior Project Manager, wife, mother and a grandmother. I'm Gen X and part of the sandwich generation, so I know what a full life looks like from the inside. For more than a decade, my job has been to walk into complicated, messy work and make it make sense. Chaos into clarity isn't a slogan for me, it's been my job for years. I didn't start with the title, though. I got here the long way.
The Long Way
Years ago, I was a single mom working 9 to 5 as an administrative assistant, trying to make ends meet and quietly wanting more.
My turning point came from a glitchy computer. I was asked to help fix it, with the guidance from the IT manager in our New York office. Somewhere in that fix, I found what I loved: taking something confusing and making it clear for the people who had to use it. I wanted to be the bridge between the technology and the people who just needed it to work.
So I went to night school to study computer analysis. I became a Business Analysist, then a Project Lead. I earned my PMP®️ (Project Management Professional) certification and eventually became a Senior Project Manager.
Along the way, I've coordinated launches of more than 20 projects moving at the same time, and kept large teams working toward the same goal. I've also spotted risks before they became problems, cleared roadblocks so work could keep moving, and reported progress to senior leaders who needed straight answers.
The work always came down to the same questions:
What needs to happen? In what order? And What's the best way to accomplish our goals?

Why I built
The MSB Collective
Outside of work, I kept seeing the same pattern. Smart, capable women holding everything together on their own. They didn't need another course or another inspirational speech. They needed someone to help them step back, sort the pieces, and decide what comes first.
I've been doing exactly that for years, just not for them.
So I built The MSB Collective to bring the same thinking to women building businesses on their own.
How we work together
We focus on one priority project at a time. That is intentional. Spreading yourself thin is often what stalled your project in the first place. I ask a lot of questions before I suggest anything.
What does good look like? What's been blocking you so far? What has to happen now What can wait?
I speak in plain English, no jargon. If a term is important, I'll explain it.
Where a simple template or perhaps some automation can help save you time, I'll suggest it and we can build it together.
Where you need to make a decision, I'll help you see your options clearly so you can make it with confidence.
And once your plan is built, I'll check in to help you keep it moving.

Outside of work
You'll often find me with my grandchild, planning a vacation somewhere I've never been, or floating in a pool or the ocean with absolutely nowhere to be.
Those moments are why I care so much about this work. A business should leave room for life. Yours included.
