How do you choose what project to work on?
A: That happens in two steps. First, a free discovery call to see if we're a good fit. Once you've signed up, we start with a Clarity Call to identify and validate the one project we'll focus on together.
What will you do differently that I can't do on my own?
A: I'll provide you with a structured process and an outside perspective. Most people trying to fix a stalled project on their own end up using notebooks, spreadsheets or a template they found online, and it doesn't stick because life gets in the way and there's no one helping to keep it moving. I bring 15+ years of project management experience, a plan built specifically for your project, and two check-ins to make sure it doesn't stall again.
What if my project isn't finished in 6 weeks?
A: The 6 weeks builds you a complete plan and the templates to run it, not necessarily a finished project. Some projects wrap inside the 6 weeks. Others take longer to execute once the plan is in place. Either way, you leave with a clear plan, reusable templates and the confidence to keep going on your own.
