  1. Your Personal Assistant: Your Digital Team of On

    Don't have time to read pages of requirements? Let your AI Virtual Assistant help.

    How to:

    - Upload the grant PDF to ChatPDF or paste sections into ChatGPT

    - Prompt: "Summarize the eligibility requirements and application deadlines for this grant"


  2. AI can help you brainstorm ideas: Eliminate the "Blank Page Syndrome"

    You're staring at a blank screen at 11pm...Again? Or do you have a great idea but stuck on where to begin? Enlist AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to help you push through the writer's block.

    How to:

    - Prompt: "Give me 15 different angles to promote my [service/product] that don't sound salesy."

    - Review the responses and work with your AI co-pilot to fine-tune your brand, tone and personality.


  3. Content creation: More Showing Up, Less Burning Out

    Use AI content creation tools to write blog/social media posts and newsletters

    How to:

    - Record a voice memo using your phone

    - Transcribe it in Descript or Otter.ai

    How to:
